This is flat out the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had an appointment for 12:45. Ok sometimes you have to wait I accepted that. It was 1:10 and no one had even greeted me. Empty office. Phone ringing off the hook. The sign says ring the bell loudly and wait. I did that. Waiting 30 mins and finally decide to ring it again and she walks from the back and says “can I help you?” I say “yes I’m here for an appointment.” She responds, “he’s with someone right now” and walks away again.
