Joe is absolutely fantastic! He is knowledgeable, patient and cares about his clients. He is thorough and takes time to explain the pros and cons to every option. He informs, guides and at the end helps his clients make the best decisions to suit their needs. MY DAUGHTER IS A BAYLOR STUDENT MOVING TO TEXAS FROM CA AND WE WERE ONLY IN TOWN TO HELP HER GET SITUATED FOR TWO DAYS. I WENT BY THERE OFFICE TWICE ON FRIDAY BECAUSE WE NEEDED TO GET HER AUTO INSURANCE TRANSFERRED HERE ALONG WITH RENTERS INSURANCE BEFORE THEY WOULD LET HER MOVE IN FRIDAY. BOTH TIMES WE WENT BY THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED. I ALSO CALLED AND NO ONE ANSWERED. When I moved to Hewitt, I switched insurance from 15 years with Geico to State Farm with Joe Stepanski as my new agent. I am feeling blessed. Joe is the BEST. He is a good man and cares about his clients...above and beyond I would say. I had to have a new windshield replaced in my Lexus. Sounds simple enough but sometimes there are delays and hiccups from the Dealership. Joe only wanted the very best for me. And he personally made sure I had the best.
