My family had mixed reviews about this shop but due to convenience of location I figured I would give the shop a try and now I regret that. My car was lagging to start but was confirmed to NOT be the battery. This information was relayed to Joe. The same day we got home from vacation they dropped our car off (we live a few houses from the shop) with a bill on the front seat for $556. They changed the battery. It did NOT fix the problem.
