Joe Simpson was subcontracted to install minisplits in an addition. Overall, the job was a complete disaster, he did not respond to any calls, texts or emails and we had to pay out of pocket for all materials and repairs during a warranty period that we also paid for. Additionally, we decided to add minisplits throughout the house for air conditioning, as Joe told us this would be more cost effective. To date, it has not been. Joe did 2 different jobs for me! New high efficiency gas furnace, a/c unit and new water heater! Then he re plumbed my whole kitchen sink and put in a dishwasher! Joe is very professional and very neat! Explained everything to me gave a price told me when he would be there and when he would be done! 125% satisfied, will never use anybody else! I definitely recommend using him, great job great prices, awesome job!
