Called because his company installed the AC in my home before we bought it. We asked if it was under warranty and he told us it wasn’t. Which was fine we wanted to fix the issue anyway, but he accused us of just wanting a free service and hung up. So rude to assume this of a prospective new client. Very unprofessional. Go with Homerun AC instead. Affordable and much friendlier.

Needed a weekend job done at one of my rentals. I was prepared to pay for basic part upcharges and weekend labor since it was important for my renters. Was blown away when charged $800 for a standard sized motor, that I know went for $125-$230. I knew I’d be upcharged for parts, but I just got completely taken advantage of. Will not be recommending or calling ever again. His people are good at there job and do good work, but the prices are unreasonable.

This companie is a joke . The guy who answered the phone is absolutely rude very unprofessional. I called at 5:43 after a crew of theirs, left my house looking at my AC and now the AC doesn’t work and they say it was working when they were here, but the guy acted as if not his problem an He’s going out of town is what he told me ,very disgusted with this service. Abel is so awesome, Joe has a great team. In the past my air conditioner would brake and they come out so quick. So reasonable priced. Today I had them come out to do a check on my units before the summer comes. I’m ready for a great new year.
