To be fair, Joe has did 1000's of jobs over his career as a roofing contractor with 99.9% satisfied customers. 2 bad reviews on here? The other major local roofing contractor is in court all the time over disputes!

I had a guy come out and give me an estimate and I decided to go ahead and have the work done. A week later I called to make arrangements for a start date. An hour after this call he called me back and said he didn't have the funds to do the job although I had a check for $3500 to start with remaining $5500 to be paid by my insurance. That and he said the owner had an operation. He must have a very small crew.

Did not stand behind their word. We had him build a whole add on room and he guaranteed the roof to not leak for 20 years. We have the guarantee in writing. The roof started to leak and we called Joe and he has hung up on us numerous times. Do not use this contractor, you will get burned by him whatever he does. He is impossible to work with and won't fix the problem that he guaranteed. They said they were going to fix it and come out but they never showed up.
