Tisha was amazing!!! We were very upset with State Farm and was actively looking for another company when after speaking with Tisha it was at the fault of our agent Emerson Able. We have switched agents and things seem to be falling into place. I’d give more stars if I could!!

Tammy has truly been the best! I’ve been dealing with a restoration company that has been dragging its feet with repairs, and Tammy has made me feel like I’m not dealing with it alone. She has checked in on me, advocated for me with State Farm’s claims department, and gone above and beyond to make sure we’re getting every discount we qualify for on our car insurance. I’m so grateful for how genuinely she cares and for always being in my corner. She’s wonderful to work with!

My experience with Tammy was outstanding, she explained in detail all my discounts and the (5) dividend checks, to be sent by State Farm... she also saved me money on my Auto premiums; to include recommending other things that could be added to my insurance policy, i.e. golf clubs and driver. Thank you State Farm, for Tammy and her professionalism. She is a valuable asset and there is no better State Farm Agency, than Joe Sarrio.

Received great customer service from Tish Jacobs! She was very informative on the policies and saved us much more than expected by switching and bundling with State Farm! Also excited to have a local representative!
