I am so glad that I used Joe & Sam's Heating & Air Conditioning to replace my boiler. They were highly efficient, neat and thorough with their work. Bob and Joe did a great job and we are very happy with the work they did. I will highly recommend this company to friends and family.
The whole group is extremely professional, extremely tidy and willing to work with you anyway possible. We just had them install a new water heater furnace and A/C. Great price and great job. They went over every detail of what they were going to do prior to the job and when they completed it they went over everything again. This company responded promptly and was able to get someone over to fix the problem. Dan was the tech assigned to us, he was very friendly and gave honest advice and didn't look for ways to make work that is not necessary. 5 star company. If you are looking for an amazing and competent company, look no further.
Joe went above and beyond what he needed to do. Our unit wasn’t cooling and he did everything he could to keep us cool until the new unit was installed. He’s a very professional and knowledgeable man that takes care of his customers. Thank you so much for your professionalism! I hope our new AC stays working and won't need you out again, but if there is ever any maintenance I know who I will be asking for.
Joe & Sam's Heating & Air Conditioning technician was polite and took care of our AC system problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained the whole process to us.He also answered all of our questions and cleaned up after he was done.His charges were very fair. I would definitely recommend them.
