The owners Kevin and Chaz are great! We met a man broke down on the side of the road on a scooter and they went above and beyond to help him. They stayed late so we good drop it off and had him up and running the next morning. Thank you both so much for helping Sergio!
I went to the address were this place is supposed to be. There is No Joes Moped shop.
At first we thought this was a great experience…paid up front, took them home same day…bought July 5, 2022. We waited past the time the sales tag allowed. Emailed the owner and received an apologetic response stating the paperwork would be taken in that week…a month later and nothing had been received. My husband emailed a couple more times with no response. I finally sent an email advising there will be a resolve one way or another and finally he just directly sent the titles to us to file at the treasurers office. Again, w... read more
Had an appointment via email. Went and the place is closed. Called the number and mailbox is full. Emailed and they responded with sorry we missed you. But your shop is closed!!! No lights on No sign nothing!
