I contracted with Joe's Carpet to install carpet in three rooms of carpet my Florida home. In hindsight this was a terrible mistake. They twice installed a carpet with noticeable flaws that had to be removed and replaced. Twice they did not match the carpet seams and the result was obvious and noticeable. They scraped the paint off the walls and bathroom vanity doors, broke ceramic tiles at the bathroom carpet transition during the install and left humps where the carpet was not stretched tight. Don't waste your money. Ruined my oak cabinets had ruined my holidays due to lack of professionalism. The installer told us they sold us cheap flooring. Put a whole in my back door and ruined my new paint job. Run while you can.
Saw all the Best of the Best stars on door. Thought wow many people happy with service. Spent 30 to 45 minutes testing and feeling carpet. Already to place order and have measurements when the girl says oh by the way installers work only 9-5. Really I have to miss work 2 days to have carpet installed. Too bad for Joe. Lost a big sale.

Don't do business with these people! The installers stole several thousand dollars worth of jewelry. They are criminals!
Stay away from these people! When they showed up to install the carpet, one of the installers brought some guy along that wasn't even employed by them. They stole several thousand dollars worth of jewelry. My parents had to buy it back from the pawn shop after they were caught. The owner finally reimbursed them but he sure took his time about it. My parents are not happy with the carpet but will never let these criminals back in the house. Learn from our mistake.
