Worst experience ever: Company delayed installation for over a month and then on the day of the install they call and tell me they forgot to order the carpet. Unreal.. This is all they do.... and they could not even remember to order a carpet. On top of that I was told to come pick up my deposit and when I did the next morning got the runaround that it was put in the mail that morning when they had just opened ten minutes prior..
