Horrible Owner/ Management My group and I booked the party barge months in advance. We phoned several times in quest of the owner/ skipper to touch base before departure at 6pm but to no avail. At approximately 4:30 "Joe" the owner/ skipper finally returned my call stating that we had to be there at 5pm instead because he had another booking. Terrible owner/customer service This past weekend a group friends and I planned what was suppose to be a great evening on the party barge celebrating my birthday and another friend of ours. We were scheduled to leave at 6pm but when contacting the owner at 11am we kept getting the run around stating he wasn't available and someone will be in contact.
