Met Joe when my son and I were visiting Eugene. I was still over a year away from starting my house search. Joe took time to educate us about different areas in the city which would meet my needs. It doesn’t get any better than using Joe as your agent. We had a most unusual real estate purchase of a “Condo-Tel”. (Part rental and part owner use.). Nobody could have handled this deal any better than Joe and his lovely bride. There were so many confusing details, but Joe took care of everything. Our purchase wasn’t for very much money, so his commission was barely worth the work they did. Dianne and I are incredibly impressed!
