Over an hour for a scheduled oil change. Clown show.
Took my car in two weeks ago because it stopped running in the middle of the street. Initially they were great with updating me daily and then they went ghost and days would go by without returning my calls or texts asking for an update. When I did finally get an update I was told that the technician didn’t like how the car was running after my original repairs were completed and they wanted more time and money for more diagnostics.
