Recommended to go this collision center by Rizza Cadillac. Worst experience ever! Wanted to pay out of pocket and Bob gave me and close friend of the family a complete runaround. He stated that parts had to be paid for upfront and that was 3000. Like how do you know what the total will be when you haven’t even disassembled the vehicle. Brought the money to the center only for them to be closed. Customer beware. These employees do not want to do their jobs.
The quality of the work was amazing. The car looked brand new! Everything was done on time and they were easy to work with.
The exterior work performed was excellent however personal items were taken from my vehicle such as car care items a pair of expensive sun glasses and a designer umbrella . None of these items were in clear view so it's obvious my vehicle was searched for valuables further the light tan door panels and carpet now has dark scuff marks my wife and I are extremely disappointed and are awaiting a solution .
Got here at three o’clock and no one was around when their web site and everyone else said they close at 4:30p.m.
