Stay away! I paid $50,000 for my tractor and it has been in their shop for 113 days for warranty work so far.... with no communication of when it will be fixed! I get every answer from warranty reps fault to parts availablity is at fault, but no solutions. I am still without a tractor and I am out $50k!!
My husband and I stopped by Joe Ricci dealer and was greeted by Anthony. He got us into our new 2017 Chevy traverse and we couldn’t be more happy! I was in the market for a Mahindra tractor, so I looked for the closest dealer to me, and it was Joe Ricci in Marlette. When I called, I got in touch with Tom Bowser. Now, when I tell you Tom sounded like your typical salesman, I mean it! However, Tom turned out to be much, much more. Tom is great, and his boss Kris is, too!
