He has NO professionalism. My mother had been a patient there for years, and was going to one of her monthly appointments which she had been going to for YEARS. Only to be confronted by a very , very rude lady working front desk saying my mother did not have a appt that day and asked me to get the appt card, when I got back with the appt card she didn't even want to look at it. I love this place! I have been a patient for a number of years. I have been seen for a variety of issues from abscesses 1to allergies. When my allergist and dermatologist gave up on treating me, this group worked together to treat me and get me in with Vanderbilt. I met Joe when he was practicing somewhere else and fell in love with his personality!
