Hires good subs but takes no responsibility to supervise them. Numerous mistakes we're made, costing me thousands, as a result of his negligence. On the day that the kitchen cabinets were installed (by a third party) he broke his promise to be there to oversee the project but elected instead to play. Might be a good carpenter but subs out as much as possible in order collect contractor fees for doing nothing.
