Been a customer for years. Today, Sunday, November 1st, we stopped in for shrimp, salmon and frozen soups. The place was slammed. Our cashier, Tatyana, noticed our shrimp was rang up as a cheese instead of shrimp. She went, had the ticket corrected and came back and gave us a credit of $16.00. This is customer service at its best. Over the last few up years customer service has become pitiful but not at Joe Patti’s. Thank you Tatyana, great job.
Great place, we try to stop there once a year.
we waited a long time for service with no other customers present. We purchased two grouper and had them filleted. when we checked our order we were shorted two filets. $35 is too much to pay for two filets.
