Highly recommend finding another contractor to work with! My mother in law had a significant amount of work done, including new landscape. The new front steps were special ordered, and put in place UPSIDE DOWN, to which he refused to fix. Two columns at the front door added as well, on top of 1/4 inch compact sand, and immediately started tipping outwards. Demanded Payment before crew was finished. When I got home found out the job was not complete. Had me pay for materials he took to the next job site to use on another job. BEWARE used car salesman !!
