Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

My husband and my mother in law also use Dr. Owens, and while he is not afraid to tell you that changing bad habits can improve your lifestyle, he is also committed to your well being. I feel very lucky to have him as a PCP.

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes

Dr Owens is caring, thorough, logical and very attentive. He listens, spends time with me and makes a plan with me for my care. He is extremely knowledgable and gives excellent care. I recommend him to everyone I meet.
