18 years of paying premiums, no claims, storms hit my house causing hundreds of thousands of dollars damage, when on a year-long search to deny my claim. I would love to hear the rebuttal to this review. Was accused of making threatening statements after they refused to pay for cover damages. I’ve been with Joe for years and every time I call I am reminded why I’ve been insuring with his agency for so long. Whether it’s Ann, Brandi, Susie or Joe himself, I always receive top notch service. Today I was at the DOR and couldn’t find my temporary insurance card in my email.
