We've been working with Joe for 15 years or more now and it's a great experience. His team is so knowledgeable and if I have a question for Joe I can actually get ahold of him and reach *him.* I don't think this is how other insurance companies work or even other state farm agents. I had one state farm agent for 6 years before Joe and never met her and had no clue where her office was or her staff names.
