Disappointing.
The low quality of care that my family has experienced has made a large negative impact on us. Things have worsened greatly in the last couple of years. I have experienced no follow through on referrals, waiting up to a week for a prescription refill request, blood work results not being sent to pharmacy, being given the wrong prescription due to a lack of listening to what is needed, being on hold for a long time and being given referral to the wrong physician when you're desperate for help.
