I am extremely disappointed with the service department at this location. My brand-new vehicle has been in their shop for over a month, and the technicians have been unable to resolve the issue, which has made me deeply regret my decision to purchase a Kia. I feel like their service department is doing a bait and switch. I had a recall on my telluride. I called made an appointment three weeks in advance to address the recall, but also decided since I was going to be due for an oil change and tire rotation to also knock it all out at the same time. I show up for my appointment and verbally express my number one priority is the recall and secondary the oil change and tire rotation.
