Do not trust their service department and technicians. I took in for a simple AC diagnostic regarding a potential actuator issue. I was told I had a leak in my AC evaporator core and the total fix would have over $3K. I asked if the actuator was looked at and they said that it was working fine and not the issue. After paying their $450 diagnostic fee, I picked my car up and took it to a trusted mechanic in the Houston area that was highly recommended. Couldn't get my key fob open to replace the dead battery. Went to the service department for assistance. They actually provide free replacement batteries. I can return the unused batteries for a refund.
I got 0 help from Joe Meyers. My 20 17 Kia Sportgage was stolen 3/25 was told it was under warranty and the nerve to tell me, after proving maintenance responsibilities that it was the previous owners fault for the maintenance and they could not help me. I am stuck with my car payment of$388.26 a month , no car since April/25 to 9/25 Nobody likes injustices, but being heard on me
