We've been using their service department for over six years and two Kia's (one we've recently passed to a family member to use for college and the other we still own). We've never had a bad experience. I know auto repairs and the industry well, so I would know if they didn't do something right.
Front staff are courteous. The guy behind me tried to cut in line just because I was waiting and the staff told him to wait since I was here first. Jared was great at explaining what’s needed and how my car is doing regarding fluids. I was in and out for a brake fluid exchange in a little under an hour.
Worked with Jared in the service department and had a good experience. He made sure to communicate and met the timelines that he set. Highly recommend working with him
Do not trust their service department and technicians. I took in for a simple AC diagnostic regarding a potential actuator issue. I was told I had a leak in my AC evaporator core and the total fix would have over $3K. I asked if the actuator was looked at and they said that it was working fine and not the issue. After paying their $450 diagnostic fee, I picked my car up and took it to a trusted mechanic in the Houston area that was highly recommended.
