Worked with Ian and he was great, it’s unfortunate we couldn’t work out a deal. From the time I arrived the manager was off. They made us test drive with associate like we weren’t trustable. When asked for value of our trade in, took forever and tried to get me to fill out credit application before even telling me the value. This place was great. From the moment I walked in Victor was nice and had a genuine interest in helping. I was able to walk in, test drive a car, and finalize a great deal with him in just a few hours. Its not often you find a salesman with as much passion and care for customers. They purposely tell you they have specific cars in stock just to get you to come and look at other cars when they’re really sold out. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL TRASH service. STOP wasting peoples times lying about availability just to get customers to look at your other cars.
