I am 100% overjoyed with Joe Myers Collision Center! We dropped our very beloved 2019 Toyota RAV4 off on February 16th. They handled all the questions we asked about the rental and going through the insurance. I almost feel like we didn’t have to lift a finger. After my wife’s 4runner got T-Boned Joe Myers Collision handled it great. They sent a tow truck driver (it was after 6pm) picked it up on the parking lot where this happened. Walter was really pro active and kept us posted about the process. Super happy about the service quality and communication. We already have great experiences with Joe Myers Toyota that was our first time with the collision center but we don’t regret it! Top notch!
I cannot say enough good things about Joe Myers Toyota Collision Center, and especially David Schulze, the Body Shop Director. I stopped by with a complex issue involving a defective striker plate bolt that had been cross-threaded into the C-pillar of my 2025 Ford F-250. David personally came out, inspected the vehicle, took photos, and immediately took ownership of the situation.
