I’ve been going here for years and had no issues until yesterday. I came in for an appointment that I had scheduled online two weeks prior. I esstentially got told that service would not be happening today and the service representative I spoke with said it was my fault for booking online in the first place. He made me feel like an idiot. I will not be returning to this Honda dealership for my services.
