I have taken a few cars here over the years and have always received excellent service. I highly recommend them. All of the people are friendly and helpful too.
Very pleasant people that were nice quick and easy in the process did not take long at all.
3 weeks to fix a fender, a bumper, a crash bar, and a headlight? no way
I don’t normally leave reviews nor do I name drop. But Kandy is extremely rude and condescending. I had to get a quote for a repair and she was snarky the entire time, it was cold and snowy outside so I get it to an extent. But it’s still your job. Then more recently, I dropped off a Hertz rental and wasn’t sure where to drop the keys and she goes “the big window that says Hertz all over it” when I asked. I’m not here everyday like you are.
