They didn't put the bug guard on the hood evenly. It's cocky eyed, they didn't find what was making a clanking sound near the tire after the accident?I kind of felt like they just was like.Oh, well, we don't want to do it.So we'll just say it could be old damage even though it didn't do it before the car accident.
Kandy was a great communicator and they did a really great job on the overall repair of our van. It looks good and a lot of difficult alignment was done very well. I would have liked if some of the damage (small glass pieces) was better cleaned from the interior (basically vacuum). But overall very minor things to complain about considering the overall scope.
Amazing service! Everyone in this place is so kind, understanding, and helpful. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. They were able to fix my Subaru Outback perfectly. They were quick too. Definitely recommend this place. I couldn’t imagine better service!
I will recommend Joe Morgan Collision all day everyday. The team at Joe Morgan is above any other place. Best in the business. I've had 2 cars repaired here and they both look as though no damage has ever been done to either of them. From the dents to paint everything is as it was before. The staff is very friendly, they absolutely know what they are doing.
I have taken a few cars here over the years and have always received excellent service. I highly recommend them. All of the people are friendly and helpful too.
