Stole headrest screens out of my family's car and lied about it. Left the car unlocked in an open lot. Had to get a lawyer and Insurance involved.
They didn't put the bug guard on the hood evenly. It's cocky eyed, they didn't find what was making a clanking sound near the tire after the accident?I kind of felt like they just was like.Oh, well, we don't want to do it.So we'll just say it could be old damage even though it didn't do it before the car accident.
Kandy was a great communicator and they did a really great job on the overall repair of our van. It looks good and a lot of difficult alignment was done very well. I would have liked if some of the damage (small glass pieces) was better cleaned from the interior (basically vacuum). But overall very minor things to complain about considering the overall scope.
Amazing service! Everyone in this place is so kind, understanding, and helpful. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. They were able to fix my Subaru Outback perfectly. They were quick too. Definitely recommend this place. I couldn’t imagine better service!
