Came and assessed my dryer problem, ordered and got the parts a day later and it was fixed the next day. This was the third different appliance he's worked on for me. Did exactly as he said he would and charged me a fair price. I trust Joe to fix all of my appliances.
We have had him come out to repair our dryer 4 times now (for different things let me be specific) always does a great job and is honest and doesn't charge a lot. We recently bought a new dryer but would use him again without hesitation. Keep in mind he is only one guy and cannot always return calls that second . It did take a day to hear back but that doesn't bother me. Understandably he is busy because he is worth it.
A summed he. Ew what was wrong with my washer changed a part charged me 125.00 washer still doing same thing and now he won't call me back
