Towed here by PA State police. Needed a new alternator. Installed a new alternator, or that's what they said. One hour later, on our continued trip from NC to NY, ONE HOUR LATER, the alternator fails. Another tow, a hotel overnight stay and another alternator. They would not refund the charge on my credit card. Nothing!! $504.93 for one hour of travel on their alternator!! ONE HOUR! No consideration, no partial refund, NOTHING! These guys are great! My car broke down on a road trip on a Friday night and they stayed open late on Saturday to fix it. They are AAA affiliated so you can tow right there and get the service.
