Joe Mays Towing came to my home in the middle of the night and towed my car from the parking lot without cause. I’ve parked in the same spot every single day for the past two years with no issues. I got home from work around 8 PM, parked as usual, and when I went outside at 8 AM to leave for work, my car was gone. They towed it 10 miles away and then had the nerve to charge me $300 to get back a vehicle that never should’ve been touched.
