Never answers the phone and takes a long time finalize paperwork. We had to rent some where else because we were left waiting for a week for the actual lease. We didnt want to take any chances. Needs to have better communication skills or hire some one to help with answer phones and manage in coming request.My thought is this... If it is hard to get a hold of him while trying to see the property, what will it be like when your a tenant?

We would be considered buyers with specific needs and Joe was amazing and patient until we found a great house many years ago. We also used Joe to sell our home recently and it was accomplished in this tough market. We are so thankful.

Joe and his team were wonderful to work with in selling our cabin. He answered our calls and questions promptly, and helped give insight to any decisions that we needed to make, whether it was price, repairs or acceptable offers. Resulting in a timely escrow and closing. Would recommend him to anyone needing a knowledgeable mountain (or down the hill) realtor. 5 stars!
