Best service department I’ve ever dealt with. They always het the job done right the first time.
Nissan contacted me to schedule a recall repair, so I made arrangements and appointment to bring my SUV in. I took it in today and waited 2 hrs. Was told they couldn't fix the recall because they did not have the part!! Why would they contact me to schedule an appointment, not have the part to do the repair, then not call me to let me know they couldn't do the repair?? This place has tried to jip me out of money. The female service manager also has it out for me and makes every visit terrible and very untrustworthy. Work wasn't completely done and when I tried to call the service manager just refused to talk to me. Also somehow my first review explaining the services manager trying to jip me out of money over key fobs lol. Yall are super untrustworthy and I'm stuck going to you for services.
