This place has tried to jip me out of money. The female service manager also has it out for me and makes every visit terrible and very untrustworthy. Work wasn't completely done and when I tried to call the service manager just refused to talk to me. Also somehow my first review explaining the services manager trying to jip me out of money over key fobs lol. Yall are super untrustworthy and I'm stuck going to you for services.
I have a 2016 Nissan Ultima that I recently took in to the dealership because the engine was having issues. Well, they tell me that it was not the engine that it was a transmission, and that it needs to be completely replaced. I found out that the transmissions on this year of Nissan was defective and that they extended the warranties so that people can take their cars So you’re taking it their transmission replaced.
