Joe Machens Nissan Service staff are polite, very knowledgeable and always take their time to explain the service that was provided. I trust them 100%. This is my second Nissan Kicks and I love it.
This dealership refuses to support a car they sold that has an active recall because they're not good enough to hang on to techs capable of servicing the vehicle. They didn't offer to help me find another dealership that could do the support because they don't care.
