The service department tech told me I did not have a warranty and expected me to pay over $600 that another employee had told me was covered. Even after I explained that the employee had looked it up the last time I was there, this tech did not believe me. He checked with the financing department, who also claimed I did not have a warranty. That was wrong. Nissan contacted me to schedule a recall repair, so I made arrangements and appointment to bring my SUV in. I took it in today and waited 2 hrs. Was told they couldn't fix the recall because they did not have the part!! Why would they contact me to schedule an appointment, not have the part to do the repair, then not call me to let me know they couldn't do the repair??
