SCAMMERS!!!!!! They charged $175 to look at my car for 20 minutes and make no repairs. The $175 price of the diagnostic does NOT factor into the repair cost. SCAMMERS! They say “IF” the repair can be done in the hour they won’t charge you more… how often do you think that happens..? SCAMMERS! $175 for 20 minutes and no repairs made is disgusting.

I come here often. All of my service work is done at this location for the last few years. Up until now, service has been excellent. But this most recent visit has been very frustrating. I scheduled my car for a diagnostic yesterday. Usually the person informs me my car is ready and they go over everything with me. I received the normal text, but waited about 20 minutes and noone came to inform me my car was ready... so I located someone to discuss my car. The service department tech told me I did not have a warranty and expected me to pay over $600 that another employee had told me was covered. Even after I explained that the employee had looked it up the last time I was there, this tech did not believe me. He checked with the financing department, who also claimed I did not have a warranty. That was wrong.
