As long as I remain in the Columbia area I will continue to use Joe Machens East. A few years ago I had my vehicle broken into, the guy I worked with was truly amazing and made the experience stress free!! Fast forward to 6 years later, my vehicle was in an accident and I took it to Joe Machens East remembering my prior experience. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember the guy from 6 years ago, but I worked with Nick this time and he was just as amazing! They did a great job on my truck, it was done on time very pleased with my experience. I got my truck back cleaner than it has been in years!!
These people have had my car for three weeks, mind you I scheduled my appointment two weeks out from making the call. About a week and a half passes and I called to see what progress has been made on my car and they were closed from the fourth through the 10th. Never had a sign posted and did not let the customer know. I waited another two weeks to see if my car is ready.
