These people have had my car for three weeks, mind you I scheduled my appointment two weeks out from making the call. About a week and a half passes and I called to see what progress has been made on my car and they were closed from the fourth through the 10th. Never had a sign posted and did not let the customer know. I waited another two weeks to see if my car is ready. I feel inclined to give a shout out to Machens Collision Center East. After a “hit and run” by a zero turn lawn mower while parked, this place did a great job with kindness and customer service that’s hard to find these days. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do I’ll gladly go back.

Although my repair was being paid through AAA(NOT MY INSURANCE) my mind is blown at the fact that they took the time to vacuum my car and do an quick interior wipe down. Very pleasant atmosphere
