This company was recommended to me so imagine my surprise that I am so dissatisfied! This company closed my pool last year and quoted me $450 but then the bill was almost $800. When I contacted them to discuss the bill, the "lady" was so rude!! In the spring when I had a different company come in to open my pool, there seems to be some sort of issue. Terrible service, which is a surprise given the recommendations to go with them. I called on 4 separate occasions to get a quote to replace my pool liner. The first time no answer (it happens) so I left a voicemail for call back. The 2nd time I got a hold of someone, the wrote down my number and didn’t get a call back. Then the thrid and forth time I call to get out on hold and left there for over 10 minutes and then the call disconnected. Called for a price for a part and was told $225 over the phone sent my wife to go pick it up and they charged her $255, meanwhile this part is $179 at most major pool stores will never return to your business
Robin is very friendly and informative and was able to help me quickly diagnose my hot tub water before providing me with a detailed checklist of steps to take to balance the water for safe relaxation. I definitely recommend coming here if you have any inquiries regarding your hot tub issues.
