I highly recommend this facility. It's a nice friendly atmosphere. Lots of different equipment to use and the owner is very accommodating.
Great place, Kelly is awesome. Kelly has been working with my wife as her personal trainer for three months now. I can not believe the progress my wife has made. Your not just a number at this gym, your treated like family.
Real work! Real fun. Great group fitness choice in fun part of the city.
I just went up there a few minutes ago to get a day pass to workout. It said online that they were open 24hrs, and that they were open but they were closed when I went up there. They need to update their website or hours or something. That was disappointing.
