Joe knows the Toronto real estate market very well. He spent a lot of time doing deep research into properties to present us with all the information needed to make decisions. He is an excellent communicator, which made it easy for us to express our constraints and for him to understand what other agents are looking for. Joe helped us to find our home in 1993. We were newcomers at that time and we were not sure where to settle in the city. He was very patient and showed us many homes until finally we found the right one.
