Unfortunately, my vehicle was deemed a total loss; however, I could not be more satisfied with State Farm's claim process and my agent's office. Kathy answered any questions I had and even offered to stay past her regular work hours to notarize the title transfer docs I had to mail in! I could not be more grateful and will be signing up for another policy with Joe Lovasko's office whenever I decide to purchase a replacement vehicle.
Joe and Kathy are fantastic!! So helpful, so nice, and always a pleasure to talk to. 12 out of 10 would recommend! Best insurance agent I've ever had!

Great working with Joe and Kathy. They gets things done fast and when there is wind, rain, snow or other damage State Farm comes out right away and they are very fair in their decisions. Glad to be part of the State Farm family.
