We were on a road trip to Vegas when our car wouldn't start in Colorado on top of look out mountain. Turned out to be a bad starter on our 2019 rogue. We were concerned about being stranded cause the park rangers close the road at 830. Prior to arrival Joe contacted the rangers and other authorities to inform of the situation that we won't be able to leave before the road closes. Stood me up on our first appointment, and then called an hour and a half later saying he will come the next day.. only to stand me up again, but this time no phone call. Haven't heard from him since, despite me trying to call him. This is no-way to run a business, it is completely unprofessional and frustrating. (Updated, I have the screenshots of me texting him my address and asking if he takes venmo, to which he replied yes) this is not a good look Joe.

Absolutely incredible guy. Stuck in the middle of nowhere and legitimately unsure of what to do, he rescued me like a total hero. Cannot stress enough how much I appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and even patience as he dealt with me being terrible in a crisis.
