Of all the agents we contacted, Joe was the most attentive and persistent, so we hired him. He did an outstanding jog of managing us to properly stage the property, providing hands on assistance above and beyond. He arranged for an outstanding photographer, and efficiently produced a magnificent brochure of our house. I recently photographed one of Joe's listings and it was an absolute pleasure!! The place was clean, freshly renovated, and photo ready the second I walked in the door which as a photographer in this industry is 9/10 not the case. He's an extremly personable guy and very multifaceted (fun fact he produced the music track that was used in the listing video). I look forward to working with him again!!
