I absolutely loved working with Joe at Latitude Lending! He helped me secure the best loan for my condo and was there for me every step of the way. Joe was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly, and made the entire loan process so easy and stress-free. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my (many!) questions, and truly went above and beyond! So grateful for his help - highly recommend!!!
Joe was so great to work with. We needed creative financing to be able to buy before selling our existing place, and he talked through our options for an hour on my first contact and ended up getting us a solution with a much lower interest rate. Had the chance to sit down with Joe and look at financing a new property. Joe is extremely honest and will give real advice even if it's a nudge to not move forward. Meaning he'll advise against the sale to make sure you don't get saddled in unrealistic financial living situation. That kind of integrity and honesty is hard to find. I would definitely recommend Joe for any real estate endeavor you may be considering.
