My partner, my son, and I moved to Lancaster city about three years ago. A year in we decided that we wanted to stay for a while. We looked at many many houses with Joe. He taught us a lot about the market and was relentless in his efforts to find us the right home, for the right price, in the right place. Joe is very knowledgeable about south eastern Pennsylvania housing market. I would would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying to selling in the area.
