Joe Kelly is keenly aware, knowledgeable and a good teacher. His recent Feldenkrais session in October was great - designed to give our bodies an opportunity to shift at a gentle pace. I look forward to attending more. We are lucky to have someone skilled in both Feldenkrais and Structural Integration in our community of bodyworkers/teachers!

I recently attended a day-long workshop with Joe Kelly, “Stop Fighting Your Posture: Free Your Neck & Shoulders." Such a worthwhile day! Joe is an excellent teacher—warm, attentive, and a master of his subject. Going at a comfortable pace, with plenty of time for questions, he led us through gentle exercises that revealed the profound transformations possible with the Feldenkrais method. I was able to take a full day of Feldenkrais awareness through movement with Joe. I had done some in the past but either his slow and clear guidance or my body being ready made a really big change in how my back and pelvis, as well as my neck has felt for the last 4 days. I constantly notice my sitting posture and neck movement as his cues have stuck with me.

Joe Kelly is amazing! He is so thoughtful in his approach to your physical limitations, and brings all of his experience to every session and every problem you're working on. He feels like your teammate, and he genuinely wants you to move more freely and easily. I will seek him out whenever I next have a movement limitation (though I hope that doesn't happen for a long time!)

I'd highly recommend working with Joe! I've been experiencing lower back pain and tight muscles for quite a long time. I gained alot of value from my sessions with Joe. I started weight training these past 1.5 years which was re-introducing some back pain. Joe was attentitive and helpful in determining some of the root cause issues and problems.
