If you need an attorney STAY AWAY from him.My brother hired him for a divorce and he talks a good game till he gets the\$1500 retainer fee then he sits around and doesnt do anything. Joe white sucks as a lawyer his secretary notarized 5 of my titles into my husbands girlfriends name when he new we were having problems in our marriage he told his secretary Amber to go ahead and notarize them into Roxanne Ottensmeiers name when I was not present nor did she ask for ID because I was not there and he did not even bother to call he just went by my husband Tim Mahnesmiths lies that I was crazy and incompitent. He sucks as a lawyer do not hire him.
