After more than 20 years of trying to quit or at least manage coffee intake, I've done it with Joe's help. It's been incredible to wake up and not feel owned by the urgent need for caffeine, or to reach the crunch of the afternoon work hours and not feel a pressing desperation for it. Joe has been my Coach for my business for all of 2018! He is so good at keeping one accountable, thinking of next steps to initiate. He is there for you, when you need him. He helps you realize how much of you may be getting in the way of stopping the next move. We are all winning at the games we are playing. I hated that comment, but it is true.
