HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere.. professionally speaking. Lobby and outdoor area smelled like cigarettes. It was already a big red flag from the beginning. Interaction: Got there and signed in as instructed at the Joe Hudson's check-in desk lady. Informed them I was there for inspection with Progressive. Front desk lady never picked up my sign-in papers but acknowledged me for turning it in and continued to work on her computer (and continued small talk with other staff). I waited one hour. Loved working with this company! Everything was fast, efficient, and completely hassle-free. They even went above and beyond by fixing a door ding for me— super appreciated! A special shoutout to the amazing lady at the front desk—she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and just an absolute joy to talk to. She made the whole experience even better.
