I have the unfortunately 3 opportunities to use for repair for a couple incidents and both the times their communication about our repair the quality has been outstanding. I recommend this place highly definitely high quality service
Staff was wonderful, repairs were timely, and done well.
They did a fantastic job and kept me up to date on what was going on. And they got my truck back to me 5 days earlier than what they projected. I will never go anywhere else but them to get my truck worked on.
I am highly impressed with Joe Hudson’s staff! I had originally went to a different body shop and got an estimate and they scheduled my car for repair. When I took my car in the day it was scheduled they told me they couldn’t work on it because it was an EV which it clearly states on the car and on the estimate they wrote for me!! Joe Hudson’s staff did a same day estimate and got my vehicle started for repairs the same day!!
