I had a crash, but my car was still drivable. I was able to bring it to Joe Hudson's the same day and they started the estimate immediately. They even gave me a ride so I could meet my wife to get home! They worked with my insurance company directly, so I didn't have to do a thing. It only took 3 days, including the evening I dropped it off, for them to get the estimate to the insurance company and for the insurance company to settle it as totalled.
