I had to take my car in to have some work done after being rear-ended. My first time at a repair shop, so I was super nervous. The people were super welcoming and friendly. They made sure to keep me informed and update me when any changes occurred. I loved how they told me what exactly what they were doing and in a way that I could understand. I wanted to repair my vehicle without filing a claim on insurance. Gerber in Calera, AL was on of the few that would even take a look and give an estimate. The price ended up being lower than I expected and the repair was quicker than I expected. They even cleaned my car! The text notifications were fantastic because I felt like I was completely in the loop during the whole process. I had a great experience there.
