Wrong parts, extra charges, no responsibility. Avoid this place at all costs. They failed on every promise. Work wasn’t done on time, scratches they said they’d fix were ignored, and they ordered the wrong bumper but still tried to charge me more — including a ridiculous calibration fee they had already said wasn’t needed. When questioned, they blamed it on the person I originally spoke with not being there. When I took my vehicle in for the repair, it was repaired and ready for pickup within approximately 1.5 hours. I am very satisfied with the service I received, and recommend Joe Hudson Collision.
