I have used this facility in the past when they were under the ownership of Joe Hudson’s. I had a good experience with proper follow up and a timely return of my vehicle. However this experience was quite different. The information I was received throughout the time my vehicle was under their care was very vague and not thorough. While I am not an expert in auto repair, I am an educated individual with a doctoral degree and should be treated with respect. Excellent service! We will def be back. Honest, sincere and there to help. You'll go a lot of miles around here to find as great as the customer care we received as Gerber Collision. AND there offices/waiting area was clean & inviting. Thanks for fixing our truck today !
