First time filing an accident claim. I chose Joe Hudson because I hadn't heard very good things about my first option. I am glad I chose Joe Hudson Collision. They are communicative, calls, texts and email. Very easy to work with - they returned my calls in a quick manner, answered my questions, sent me updates, etc. They had my car back to me 2 weeks earlier than anticipated. Great experience! Every member of the team I interacted with was pleasant. Information provided was comprehensive and timely, and the repair was completed earlier than planned. They were very transparent about cost and adjusted the pricing when the part they needed came in cheaper than estimated. They even washed the car before returning it (and it needed it)! Highly recommend!
Professional friendly service
Oh my goodness this place is FANTASTIC. They were super-communicative, and got our deer-damaged car repaired WEEKS faster than what State Farm had estimated. My car looks better than it did before the accident! This is truly top-notch customer service, which is rare in 2026.
